All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.
If your work is damaged during shipping, please send a photo. You can send an email to ananoronhaart@gmail.com
Please verify your address at checkout. If the artwork is sent to the wrong address, you will need to send it back to me and you will need to pay for shipping to have it sent again.
I am not responsible for customs fees. Please be aware of any additional charges your country may require when purchasing items from the US. These charges are separate from shipping and are not included.
You should receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email for any order. If the email does not have a tracking number, please email me and I will send it to you.
Once the package is shipped, I have no control over it. Please be patient and check your tracking number. Please be aware that some orders are taking longer than expected. Especially when they are shipped abroad.
Shipping Policies:
All original paintings are shipped from the studio in Portugal.
Original paintings and prints are shipped within 10/15 days of purchase.
The expected delivery is 2-3 weeks depending on your location. Shipping does not include import taxes, duties or any other fees that may be collected at time of delivery for customers outside EU.
How order shipping is processed:
The dispatch of an order will be made taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after validation of payment.
When the order is shipped, the consumer will receive an email where they can confirm the tracking code to track the delivery information.
The expected delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service contracted or depending on the deadline set out in the description of the shipping method.
